- You control and monitor our sales pipelines and the quantity & quality of the lead pool.
- You interpret sales KPIs and budgets and implement action plans and check their implementation
- You support our Country Manager in planning and controlling sales activities
- You monitor the performance and potential of our teams
- You coordinate tasks, schedules and trainings
What you bring with you:
- A completed apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
- Willingness to work “on the ground”
- High knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Planning, prioritizing and coordinating are your strengths
- Very good eye for details
