About the Position
At JS Comunicación, we are a company with over 25 years of experience in Europe, specializing in communication and marketing strategies for large companies.
As an accountant at JS Comunicacion, you will have contact to colleagues, customers and suppliers. You will report directly to our Team Leader for Accounting in Spain.
Your Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable – along with one current accountant on site and with multiple colleagues around in the JS Group in Europe
- Recording of daily incoming payments
- Invoice sales orders
- Reminder letters to customers
- International knowledge sharing with other accountants across the countries in our group
- Ad hoc tasks
Who are you?
You are able to work independently and think clearly. You have a good overview of things, and you are accommodating and flexible. You are a positive, outgoing and cooperative colleague. You have a relevant background in bookkeeping – preferably in an international company. You are an experienced user of IT and Microsoft Excel. You are fluent in Spanish and English in both speech and writing. You thrive in an International atmosphere, and open office space in an exciting and at times, hectic department.
We work an intensive schedule of 37.5 hours per week (8 AM–3 PM, one day until 5:30 PM).
Average first-year salary: €22,000–€25,000.
